Interior
Redesign Consultation:

The redesign process begins by
taking a look at your room and taking measurements if needed. We
will discuss the function of the room and your expectations of
the redesign. I will determine at this time if an assistant
would be needed and give you an exact quote for the redesign. We
will then schedule a date and time for your room’s
transformation.
Interior Redesign Consultation: $25
This fee will be credited to
your Redesign if booked within 30 days
Interior
Redesign:
On the day
of the scheduled Redesign, I will arrive, with an assistant if
needed, and you will have the day off. We begin by emptying the
room of all furniture and accessories to establish a focal
point. With your permission, we will then “shop” the other areas
of your home for overlooked treasures that will complement the
new design. Don’t worry if you don’t have many accessory pieces.
We bring with us a few staple items such as pillows, throws,
silk plants, lamps, and artwork that are available for you to
purchase if you like. Step-by-step we will reintroduce your
furnishings back into the room arranged in a fresh new way. We
will also provide you with a shopping list of items you may want
to consider to take your room to the next level. You may decide
to do the shopping, or we can do it for you.
One Room
Redesign: starting at $200 (price based on the size and quantity
of furnishings in the room)
Assistant (if needed): $50
Need
more accessories?
If you haven’t collected many things, or are just tired
of what you have, we can supply a room full of new
coordinating accessories from our inventory. We’ll arrange
them for you, then you choose what you would like to
purchase. There is no longer need for all day shopping
sprees looking aimlessly for the pieces that will bring your
room together. Just imagine, in one day, your room will have
that designer look you’ve wanted and it won’t have taken you
a minute of your time!
*Reduced hourly rates apply when purchasing items from our
inventory.
Real Estate
Staging Consultation:
During this
consultation I will evaluate your entire home inside and out
using a National Scoring System. I will let you know what items
should stay and which ones should go. Within 48 hours we will
meet again (your agent can come too) to go over specific areas
of improvement. At this meeting you will be presented with a
Staging Assessment Booklet which will include a list of your
property’s best features and those that need work. Also included
are: complete “To Do” checklists for each room of your home
(including the exterior), as well as color suggestions, and
ideas to romance the potential buyer.
Real Estate
Staging Consultation: $150
$50 of initial consultation will apply to Staging Services if
booked within 30 days
Real Estate
Staging:
To get the
most of our Staging services utilize Design Overhaul to do the
“dirty work” for you. We can complete many of the items on your
“To Do” checklist and further increase your homes selling
potential by transforming each room in your home with new
furniture placement and clutter removal. This will showcase your
home’s architectural features and make the rooms appear larger.
Think about what you’re selling…features such as a beautiful
fireplace or a gorgeous view and square footage! Your home will
show like a “model home” on open house day!

stress out of moving by letting us arrange your furniture, art
and accessories in the best possible way in your new home.

Color
and Design Consultations:
Can’t
decide what color to paint the dining room? Do the colors you
choose (using the tiny paint chips) change once you get them on
your wall? Do you find yourself asking…Does this check match
this stripe? Will this fabric look good with my wallpaper?
Whatever your questions are, we can help. Design Overhaul
provides one-on-one consultations to help you with all your
design dilemmas. Let us bring our large, 1’x2’ paint
samples to help decide once and for all the color for the dining
room. Also, we can help you with fabric combinations for new
window treatments, or new upholstery for the sofa. Even if
you’re having trouble choosing wallpaper or new flooring we can
help.

Building a
new home can be overwhelming. Plumbing and lighting fixtures,
kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring and paint colors are all
big decisions that will impact the overall look your finished
home.

Personal
Shopping:
Can’t seem
to find the perfect piece to hang over the mantle? Let us do the
shopping for you. We can also shop with you for larger items
such as a new sofa or bedroom set.
